1. Purpose and Scope of Use
This machine tool is mainly used for longitudinally sawing logs. According to the specifications of this machine tool, it can longitudinally saw logs with a maximum diameter of 900 mm and a maximum length of 8000 mm. Within this specification, it can saw into various specifications of boards and square materials as required.
This machine tool is unmanned on the vehicle and is a highly automated automatic control device. The operator of the control platform centrally controls the lifting of the electric-hydraulic controlled log hook, the flipping of materials on the vehicle, and the fine-tuning mechanism; the digital feed system controlled by PLC and the automatic feeding of the vehicle controlled by frequency conversion. If equipped with a main small band saw and horizontal band saw, it can form a production line with a short process flow and high mechanization level, making this machine tool very suitable for large and medium-sized wood processing factories and various enterprises' wood processing workshops that require high mechanization levels. To meet the needs of processing technology, this equipment can be manufactured as a left-hand band saw (generally a right-hand band saw).
