This machine is mainly used for longitudinally sawing logs, capable of cutting logs with a maximum diameter of 900 mm and a maximum length of 6000 mm. Within this specification, it can saw into various sizes of boards and square materials as required.
This machine is unmanned on the vehicle and is a highly automated automatic control device, controlled by the operator to manage the hydraulic system's log clamping hook lift, automatic material flipping on the vehicle, and fine-tuning mechanism; it uses a PLC-controlled digital display feeding system; the speed of the running vehicle is controlled by a frequency conversion speed control automatic woodworking band saw. The machine is easy to operate, with stable control and high material processing accuracy. When equipped with a main small band saw and other band saw machines, it can form a production line with a short process flow, high material processing accuracy, and a high level of mechanization, making this machine very suitable for various enterprises with high mechanization levels and material processing accuracy requirements.
